Standard Delivery to Metro Areas - Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra
DELIVERY AND ASSEMBLY (MUST READ)
We provide delivery to all Sydney areas, a delivery service fee of $99-$249 will apply depending on area. Delivery fees for other Australian metropolitan areas are listed at checkout. For areas not listed at checkout, please contact us for a same day quote and estimate for delivery. We also provide assembly and removal of packaging service to all Sydney areas, a service fee of $99 will apply. Please note our service does not include electrical installation of any lighting products or mirror hanging.
Please note if your order includes both In Stock and Pre-Order items and you would like the In Stock items delivered first, there may be an additional delivery fee. Stairs or other access issues during delivery may also incur an additional fee.
Once your order is ready for delivery, our team will be in touch to arrange a delivery date. If you have any special requests or accommodations, please discuss this with our team.
Products delivered must be inspected by the customer upon delivery or within 7 days to confirm they are in good condition. If you fail to do so, Grand Living will consider all goods to be delivered in good order and will not be responsible for any loss or damage of goods. Redelivery charges may apply for missed delivery appointments.
Please note that Grand Living requires that all products are paid in full before delivery can be arranged.
DELIVERY DELAYS
We are still experiencing significant, ongoing delays. In-Stock orders may take 2-4 weeks to QLD and VIC. Getting your order to you remains our top priority. Our customer service team is working as quickly as possible to respond to all emails and phone enquiries. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience and frustration caused.
WAREHOUSE COLLECTION
Products purchased from Grand Living can be collected from our Sydney warehouse upon request. Please indicate your intention to collect when placing an order.
Products collected from our warehouse must be inspected upon collection, as once they are collected we will consider the products to have been received in good order and condition.
Please note that products being collected from the warehouse are required to be paid for in full.
