WARRANTY

All products purchased from Grand Living are covered by a 12 month warranty covering defective materials and workmanship from date of delivery, unless otherwise specified.

REFUNDS

Please choose carefully as we do not provide change of mind refunds or exchanges. We are confident that all products viewed on the Grand Living website are accurate representations of the actual product and that you will be delighted with your order once received.

Please note that Grand Living does not allow refunds or exchanges on customised product, clearance product or floor stock product. All floor stock products are purchased in the condition they are displayed in and the customer will be asked to sign a waiver at time of sale confirming same.

For all returns and exchanges, items must be returned in their original condition and with original packaging.

Please note that as many of our products are individually handcrafted, there may be variations in finish due to the unique nature of each piece. In some cases, slight differences in colour and finish may exist between photos shown on the website and actual products.
