Can I request additional photos/details/videos for a product?

Please submit a product enquiry or contact us if you would like additional photos/details/videos for a product. Note: additional photos and videos may not be available for all products.

How do I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our website or via invoice. If you would like to order by invoice or your postcode is not shown at checkout, please submit a product enquiry or contact us and we will send you an invoice via email.

Is online payment secure?

Yes, all online payments are securely processed through a PCI DSS Level 1 compliant platform and we do not store any credit card details. If you prefer not to pay online, please contact us for an invoice.

Can I pay a deposit?

Yes, items with a lead time of 8 weeks or more can be ordered with a 20% deposit (the balance will be payable before delivery). If you would like to order by deposit, please submit a product enquiry or contact us and we will send you a deposit invoice via email.

Do you accept Buy Now Pay Later?

Yes, we accept LatitudePay, Zip and Afterpay. Please check your purchase limits with the relevant BNPL provider before ordering. Unfortunately we cannot split purchases between BNPL and other payment methods.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Our standard delivery routes include Brisbane, Gold Coast, Canberra, Melbourne and Sydney metro areas.

What is the lead time for orders?

Items that are in stock can be delivered to most Sydney metro areas within 1-2 weeks. Regional areas may take longer (2-4 weeks). Items that are not in stock can have lead times of up to 20 weeks. 

Are you still delivering during COVID-19 lockdowns?

Yes, we are still delivering during COVID-19 lockdowns. Deliveries outside Sydney metro may take longer than usual due to courier delays outside our control. Deliveries to certain areas will be contactless until restrictions are eased.

What are your delivery fees?

The delivery fee will depend on the postcode and items ordered. If your postcode is not shown at checkout, please contact us for a delivery quote.

How will my order be delivered?

Depending on your postcode and items ordered, your order will be delivered either by our own delivery team, or via our courier and removalist network. If you have a preferred delivery method or have specific delivery requirements, please make a note of this when you place your order.

Can I pick up my order or arrange my own delivery?

Yes, all orders can be picked up from our Sydney warehouse for no additional charge. We will contact you once your order is ready for pick up.

Do you provide assembly?

We can provide assembly in Sydney metro areas only, a service fee of $99 will apply. 

Where is your furniture made?

Our furniture is handcrafted in China from solid wood and quality materials.

What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately we don't provide change of mind refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event that your ordered item is defective, please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange an exchange or refund. We require original packaging for all returns and exchanges.
